Surprised at the quality of this book. Just given it to prospective parents and they are thrilled with the level of detail that can be collected as well as the extracts throughout from "Winnie the Pooh" and the lovely soft cover.

I was given this book as a baby shower gift when i was pregnant with my first, and i was always referring to it as i watched my son grow up, there was always a photo or thought or moment to record or i found myself going through it and wondering 'oh i must look out for when my son....' it really helps you notice your childs development.I decided to purchase a different book when pregnant with my 2nd child, but the book i bought just didnt compare to this one. this has everything, sections for filling in thoughts, photos prior to birth, then special moments straight after the birth, and next few years of development. i had to purchase this again! it has now been improved with even more added pages for thoughts and special moments (has a slightly padded hardback cover).the annotations/illustrations with winne the pooh, are still fab and with xtra ones the previous edition did not have. if you are like me and really are thorough/particular in regards to keeping an in depth baby book, then this is for u!

This is our second copy. Our first daughter's copy has been filled in to cover her first year. It is just such a great place for recording all thoes important first occasions, first word, steps.... It has places for mementos like the hospital tag, places for photos.... It is well presented and well thought out.

This is a good book, with space for scans, hospital bracelets etc. I did find a few of the pages useless to me. baby naming/ cristening page. Newspaper front page the day baby was born. Bit of a shame as I don't like leaving pages blank.

I bought this as a gift for my little sister's first pregnancy but when I got it, I was a little disappointed with it. Although the book is nice with the quotes from the Pooh bear characters which are really sweet, I couldn't help but compare it to a baby book I got as a gift for my own pregnancy which I had so much fun looking at before I even got to fill it out. My own book is called My baby's journal by ryland peters and small and it's fantastic! You have so much to fill out, a great opportunity to research your own family and illustrate where your baby's roots lie. I felt dissappointed that two of the pages were a little torn too. This book is ok but if you're getting this for a first time mum I think you'd be better off looking at something more detailed.

I bought this from the US for my daughter, who loves "Classic Pooh" and is decorating the nursery for her baby in "Classic Pooh". She was disappointed in the baby books she had seen and didn't think she would find one she liked. I bought this based on reviews here and she loved it! It has a soft, slightly padded cover, and high quality pages. I LOVED that it has little envelopes inside for things like the sonogram! Also - I gave it to her at about 6 months along and was glad I did, because there are pages about how Mom and Dad met, and pictures of them. There are also pages for baby hand and footprints, which I hope we can get done in the hospital.
