    I'd been avoiding certain emotions for years and Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway didn't help because I didn't want to feel the fear! When I read The One Thing it somehow suddenly made sense that I needed to let the emotions 'have their day' and burn out whilst observing them. I had come across something similiar with The Mace Method and Creating a Bug Free Mind and various other books but the simple 2x2 method here intrigued me. Noticing your emotion (where it starts in the body) and staying with it as it moves is not easy if, like me, the blocked emotions only have muted signals but I certainly feel fresher and freer having done the process about 30 times. I tried using it with decision making and what do you know - I am actually eager now to make some decisions I had been avoiding. This process takes work but is like a good scrub with wire wool on the rust preventing your emotions from flowing. Once they flow, you can make better decisions and see your dream more easily. Recommended highly.

    This book is written related to suit those who practise yoga and hence not helpful general advice on emotional connection. It was far from what I expected. I will not recommend it for those seeking general advice on how to connect emotionally.
