This song works really well in school whenever I use it. The kids love singing it and really perform with gusto! Be warned - it's the kind of tune that will get stuck in your head! Thanks to this song, I will always remember that "On the 22nd of August 1485, out went the House of York, the Tudors had arrived". Would highly recommend.

A catchy song for primary school children to learn, I purchased as part of my class forthcoming assembly, but it only consists of one song. I must have mistakenly misunderstood the description. I thought it was 4 songs, but it is 4 songs in the series across different topics. So expensive for 1 song.

This is a single song chronicling the Tudor Age. I taught it to my year 5s last term and they LOVED it! It has a REALLY catch tune - to the point that it gets really annoying because you can't get the dratted thing out of your brain. Several parents have moaned about the fact that their kids keep singing it over and over again at home!! The song jogs along at a cracking pace, with great rhymes containing the main factual bits. My only disappointment is that there's only one song - a whole series of them about varying aspects of Tudor life would be a winner! Full piano part but you don't have to play an instrument because the CD is great.

This song is ideal for work alongside the Tudors. Great fun and easy to teach!
